## Currency, billing, taxes
- All ₹ prices are pre-GST
- GST (18%) is added on the invoice for Indian customers
- International customers are billed pre-GST in INR (or USD on request with FX conversion)
- Payment methods: UPI, NetBanking, Razorpay (card), Wire transfer (Enterprise), Annual prepay (5% discount)

## What counts as a voice minute
- Wall-clock duration of the LiveKit room from agent-joined to call-end
- Rounded up to the nearest second
- Ringing time is **not** billed
- Failed connection attempts (busy, no-answer, declined) are **not** billed
