Acceptable Use Policy

What ThinnestAI must never be used for, wherever you are. This policy is part of our Terms of Service and applies to every account, agent and white-label client.Last updated: 24 October 2026

Summary drafted for clarity; the binding terms are those agreed in your order or the latest version of this page.

Who this applies to

Everyone who uses ThinnestAI: account holders, their team members, white-label resellers and their clients, and anyone using an agent or API key they set up. If you resell ThinnestAI, you must make your clients keep to this policy.

Calls and messages you must not send

  • Spam: unsolicited bulk calls, messages or emails, or messages to people who have not agreed to receive them where the law requires their agreement.
  • Robocalls without consent: automated, AI-voiced or prerecorded calls to people who have not given the consent the law requires.
  • Calls to people who said no: calling or messaging people on a Do Not Call register without a lawful basis, or anyone who has asked you to stop.
  • Calls at unlawful hours in the called person’s location.
  • Abusive call patterns: silent or abandoned calls, repeated calls meant to wear someone down, or rotating numbers to avoid blocks or complaints.

Deception and impersonation

  • Pretending to be another person, business, bank, government body or emergency service, or presenting a caller ID you are not entitled to use.
  • Cloning or imitating a real person’s voice without that person’s permission.
  • Telling someone they are speaking with a human when they ask whether they are speaking with an AI, or hiding that a call is recorded where the law requires you to say so.
  • Fraud, scams and phishing, including tricking people into revealing passwords, one-time codes, card or bank details.

Illegal and harmful content

  • Anything illegal where you or the people you contact are, or that helps someone break the law.
  • Harassment, threats, intimidation, hate speech or abusive debt collection.
  • Any content that sexualises or exploits children.
  • Content that infringes someone else’s intellectual property or privacy, including knowledge you have no right to use.
  • Unlawful discrimination, or decisions about people’s access to credit, housing, jobs, insurance or healthcare made by an agent without the human review the law requires.
  • Misleading political or election calls and messages, or any that break the rules for them where you send them.

Misusing the platform

  • Getting around usage limits, safeguards, billing or the do-not-contact list, or helping others to do so.
  • Testing, probing or attacking the security of ThinnestAI or of other customers’ workspaces, or accessing data that is not yours.
  • Sending malware, or overloading the service on purpose.
  • Reselling the Services outside our white-label programme.
  • Breaking the rules of the channels you use through ThinnestAI, such as Meta’s WhatsApp Business policies or your carrier’s terms.

What happens if this policy is broken

We may remove content, pause campaigns, suspend agents, numbers or workspaces, or close accounts, with notice where practical, and we may report illegal activity to the authorities. Carriers, Meta and regulators can take their own action against your numbers and accounts. See section 6 of our Terms of Service for your responsibilities when you call and message people.

If you received a call or message from an agent running on ThinnestAI that you think breaks this policy, email hello@thinnest.ai with the number that contacted you and the date and time. To stop a business contacting you, you can also tell its agent “don’t call me again”.
