What happens after I use my 25 trial minutes?

Voice agents stop placing/answering calls until you top up. Top-up moves you to the Pay As You Go plan automatically — no contract, no monthly fee. Your existing agents, flows, and integrations carry over instantly. Trial-only model gating lifts the moment you top up.
Is there a monthly subscription fee?

It adds team workspaces (5 organizations, 5 seats), 10 concurrent voice calls instead of 5, white-label branding (no ThinnestAI badge on your widget), a lower 8% wallet top-up fee, an observability dashboard, and priority support. What does Enterprise add beyond Scale?

Can I switch between Scale and Pay As You Go?

Yes. Cancel your current plan from this pricing page or Settings → Billing — you keep access until the end of the billing period, then you can subscribe to a different plan. There's no lock-in and no cancellation fee.
Can I switch between plans?

Trial → PAYG happens automatically when you top up your wallet. PAYG → Scale or Enterprise is a sales conversation — write to hello@thinnest.ai. Downgrading from Scale or Enterprise to PAYG cancels at the end of your billing cycle (you keep access until then).
Do you accept Indian payment methods?

Yes — Razorpay handles all Indian methods (UPI, net banking, RuPay/Visa/Mastercard cards, wallets). Enterprise customers can pay via bank transfer / NEFT / RTGS with GST invoices. We don't accept crypto.

Does the trial restrict any features besides models?

Workspace caps are smaller (1 agent vs PAYG's 2) and concurrent calls are capped at 1 vs PAYG's 5. Otherwise the platform is the same — same flow editor, same telephony, same Indian-language coverage, same SDKs and webhooks.
