What we do

ThinnestAI is a Bring-Your-Own-Key voice AI agent platform built specifically for the Indian market. We own the orchestration layer — turn-taking, interruption, noise cancellation, telephony, billing — and let customers BYOK on top of the LLM, STT, and TTS providers they already use. Calls are billed at a flat ₹1.5/min platform fee with GST invoice; provider costs pass through directly.

We support 100+ languages — every official Indian language (Hindi, Marathi, Tamil, Telugu, Bengali, Gujarati, Kannada, Malayalam, Punjabi, Urdu, Assamese, Odia, and more) plus global languages routed through BYOK providers. Native STT and TTS pipelines per language, not English-with-translation. The platform ships with no-code flow editing, knowledge bases with RAG, native LiveKit + Twilio + Vobiz SIP integration, and self-hosted Aero TTS + Vega STT options that bring platform-side speech cost to ₹0/min.

Why we built this

In late 2024, the gap was obvious: the best voice AI infrastructure (Vapi, Retell, Bland, Synthflow, ElevenLabs Agents) was USD-billed, English-first, and treated Indian languages as an afterthought. The best Indian voice AI (Sarvam, Gnani, Ozonetel) was excellent at the model layer but missing the developer-platform layer — no BYOK, no flow editor, no self-serve sandbox, no flat per-minute pricing.

ThinnestAI fills that gap. We're voice AI infrastructure for Indian developers and teams, in INR, compliant by design with the RBI Data Localization Framework, DPDPA 2023, TRAI guidelines, and the IT Act 2000.
