Can I migrate Retell workflows to ThinnestAI?
Yes. System prompts, tool definitions and webhook patterns are portable with light adaptation — an agent here is configured in a tabbed settings screen (prompt, knowledge, channels, actions, templates, voice, campaigns), so most of the work is pasting the prompt and re-pointing the tools.
Does ThinnestAI have call simulation like Retell?
Not an equivalent suite. You can call your agent in the browser to try it, and every real call lands in a full call log with transcript, recording playback and CSV export. Retell's call-simulation tooling has more depth here — they've invested years in it.
What's the latency difference on Hindi?
We don't publish a latency figure. Carrier-call performance on our stack isn't measured yet, and we'd rather say so than quote a number we can't stand behind — ask us for a pilot on your own numbers and traffic. Retell's Hindi latency depends entirely on the TTS provider you bring: typically 600-800ms, because the provider round-trip adds to it, and ElevenLabs Multilingual via Retell on Hindi is in the 700-900ms range.
Does ThinnestAI work outside India?
Yes. 37 reply languages in total, including English, and all 22 scheduled Indian languages in native script. We're not India-only; we're India-first.
Do I need to bring my own Deepgram / OpenAI / ElevenLabs keys?
No — and you can't. LLM, STT and TTS run on our curated, platform-managed stack, included in the flat rate from ₹2/min, so there's nothing to configure or bill separately for those layers. Bringing your own phone number is the one bring-your-own we do support — import an existing Plivo number at ₹0 extra.
Is there an SDK comparable to Retell's?
Not today. We expose a REST API and signed webhooks (lead, escalation, resolution, call finished, campaign finished), and the web widget is a one-line script tag. Retell ships React/Vue widgets and SDKs we don't.
Volume pricing above 100k minutes?
