Best White-Label AI Voice Agent Platforms in 2026

Short answer: there is no single best white-label voice AI platform; the right one depends on what you already run and what you sell. If you want phone calls, WhatsApp and website chat under one brand, with clients paying you directly, ThinnestAI fits. If you already build on Vapi or Retell, a branding layer such as VoiceAIWrapper or Vapify keeps your agents where they are. Trillet and Autocalls sell fixed monthly agency plans, Synthflow sells through its sales team, and Famulor suits agencies that want EU hosting.

Every fact about another company below comes from that company's own website, read 24 October 2026. Plans and prices change, so check each page before you decide.

1. ThinnestAI: best for voice, WhatsApp and chat under one brand

This is our product, so weigh this entry accordingly. White label is on every paid plan: your brand, domain, email sender, sign-in page and legal links, and your own prices as a markup on usage and an amount on plans. Clients pay you through your own payment account, including plans and automatic top-up; we charge you our rates for their usage and the difference is yours.

Does well: one agent answers phone calls, WhatsApp, website chat and Telegram with one memory of each customer, in 50 languages on calls and 37 in chat. Limitations: outside India clients import their own Twilio, Telnyx or Plivo number rather than renting one; there is no drag-and-drop flow canvas; and if your balance runs out, your clients' calls and campaigns stop.

2. VoiceAIWrapper: best if you already build on Vapi or Retell

VoiceAIWrapper says clients see "your logo, your URL, your brand, your payment portal", that you can bill on the model, frequency and currency you choose, and that it integrates with Stripe. You can connect your own Vapi, Retell AI or ElevenLabs keys and sync agents you already have, or use its own engine. Vapi's documentation lists it as an integration.

Does well: keeps work you have already built. Limitation: on your own provider keys, its site says the provider bills you for usage and VoiceAIWrapper charges its platform fee separately, so you manage two bills.

3. Vapify: best low-cost start for Vapi and Retell agencies

Vapify's site describes a branded "Vapi & Retell Voice AI Service" with your own branding, domain and colours, a dashboard for clients and revenue, and your own pricing. Its listed plans run from $29 a month with one sub-account to $399 a month with unlimited sub-accounts. Vapi's documentation calls it "a white-label platform for Vapi", and Retell's partner directory lists it as a Gold Retell Partner.

Does well: a cheap way to put a client dashboard over agents you run elsewhere. Limitation: plans are tiered by sub-accounts, so the price steps up as you add clients, and the agents still run on your Vapi or Retell account.

4. Synthflow: best for larger agencies buying on volume

Synthflow's agency page offers to "customize logos and domains to deliver a fully white-labeled experience", manage customers across sub-accounts, allocate minutes to each one, and run one agent across voice and chat. Its documentation adds hosting on your own domain and setting your own prices. Its pricing page shows enterprise contracts, which it says start at $30,000 a year; it does not say how white label is priced.

Does well: a mature platform with sub-account controls. Limitation: no self-serve agency price is published, so you start with a sales conversation.

5. Trillet: best for a fixed monthly plan with included minutes

Trillet's agency page says "Add your logo, colours and domain", puts every client in its own workspace, and lets you "Connect Stripe, set your own per-minute price, and keep the margin." It lists a Studio plan at $99 a month (up to three workspaces, 1,000 included minutes) and an Agency plan at $299 a month (unlimited workspaces, 3,000 minutes), with $0.12 a minute after that, and offers Australian data residency.

Does well: predictable monthly cost. Limitation: your own domain, branded emails and your own client rates are on the Agency plan, not Studio.

6. Autocalls: best for many messaging channels in one plan

Autocalls lists "your logo, colors and domain", "zero Autocalls branding visible to your clients", unlimited client sub-accounts with their own logins, billing through your own Stripe account, and "Voice, WhatsApp, Messenger, Instagram and web chat under one brand". Its Agency White Label plan is listed at $419 a month, with per-minute usage on top.

Does well: the widest channel list here. Limitation: one fixed monthly plan, which you pay before your first client goes live.

7. Famulor: best for agencies that want EU hosting

Famulor's white-label page offers "your own domain, your logo, your colors", a branded customer portal, email templates and SMTP per tenant, and impersonation for support, and says it is "Hosted in the EU". Its site lists voice, WhatsApp, Slack and Teams.

Does well: EU hosting and per-client email. Limitation: the page publishes no white-label price and does not describe how clients pay you.

What about Vapi, Retell and Bland?

They are strong platforms for developers, but none of their pricing pages mentions a white-label or reseller plan (read 24 October 2026). Vapi sells extra organisations as workspaces and points agencies to partner layers such as Vapify and VoiceAIWrapper in its docs. Retell runs a Solution Partner programme and directory. Bland lists Start, Build and Enterprise plans. Choose one of them if you have developers and want to build your own client front end; our Vapi, Retell and Bland comparisons go deeper.

How do you choose?

  1. Start from what you sell: a phone-only receptionist needs less than voice plus WhatsApp and chat.
  2. Check your markets: which countries' numbers work, and where data is stored.
  3. Follow the money: do clients pay you directly, or do you invoice by hand?
  4. Count the cost before client one: a fixed plan costs the same with no clients; usage pricing grows with them.
