What Is White-Label Voice AI, and How Do Agencies Resell It?

Short answer: white-label voice AI is a voice agent platform you sell as your own product. Your clients sign in on your domain, see your brand and get email from your address, and they pay your prices into your own payment account. You build and run AI agents for them on phone calls, WhatsApp, website chat and Telegram, and you pay the platform for the usage underneath. White label is included on every paid plan.

Why agencies resell voice AI

Marketing agencies, CRM consultants and automation freelancers already own the client relationship. Clients ask them to answer more calls, follow up leads faster and run WhatsApp properly. Building a voice platform to do that is a large project; white label lets an agency offer it under its own name, at its own prices, without building one.

How reselling works, step by step

1. Set up your brand. Name, logo, domain, email sender and sign-in page, from the white-label settings in your workspace.
2. Connect your payment account. Clients pay you by card checkout through your own account (in India, through your own Indian payment account). The money goes to you, not to us.
3. Set your prices and plans. Clients can buy a plan from you and set up automatic top-up so their agents never stop for want of credit.
4. Bring clients in. Invite them, or let them sign up on your page. Each client gets their own workspace, separate from the others.
5. Build their agents. An AI receptionist for a dental practice, outbound lead follow-up for an estate agent, a WhatsApp booking agent for a salon: each with the client's own knowledge base, number and voice.
6. Usage is charged to you as it happens. We charge you our prices for your clients' usage from your balance; you keep the difference between your price and ours.

Things to plan for

• Keep your balance funded. If your own balance runs out, your clients' calls and campaigns stop until you top up. You are warned before that happens.
• Phone numbers. Outside India, clients import their own Twilio, Telnyx or Plivo number. Renting a number is available in India only.
• Your terms are yours. You answer to your clients for your own privacy policy and terms; set links to them on your sign-in page.
