White Label
White-Label AI Voice Agents: What to Look For in a Platform
Short answer: look past the logo. A white-label voice AI platform worth reselling lets clients sign in on your domain and receive email from your address, lets you set your own prices and collect the money yourself, keeps each client in a separate workspace, and covers the channels and countries your clients actually use. Then check the unglamorous parts: phone numbers in each country, data region, what happens when your credit runs out, and which features your clients cannot see.
Why the choice matters more for an agency than for a single business
A business that picks the wrong platform moves one agent. An agency that picks the wrong one moves every client, and each client has to be told why their console, sign-in page and invoices changed. The platform sits under your brand, so its gaps become your gaps.
What should you check?
| Check | Why it matters | Question to ask the vendor |
|---|---|---|
| Branding depth | A logo on someone else's domain is not your product | Do clients get my domain, sign-in page and email sender, or only my logo? |
| Who collects payment | If the platform bills your clients, it owns the relationship | Do clients pay into my own payment account, at prices I set? |
| Plans and top-up | Clients should be able to pay without emailing you | Can clients buy my plans and set up automatic top-up themselves? |
| Client separation | One client must never see another's data | Does each client get its own workspace? |
| Channels | Clients ask for WhatsApp and website chat next | Does the same agent answer calls, WhatsApp and chat with one memory? |
| Phone numbers | Rules differ by country | Can I rent numbers in each country I sell in, or must clients bring their own? |
| Languages | A voice language is not always a chat language | Which languages work on calls, and which in written replies? |
| Data region | Clients' customers ask where their data is | Where is data stored, and which parts are processed elsewhere? |
| Outbound controls | Calling rules carry fines | Can I set calling hours per campaign on the called person's clock, keep a do-not-contact list and limit retries? |
| Human handover | Some calls need a person | Is there a shared inbox, and can calls transfer to a person? |
| Integrations | Bookings and CRM updates are the real value | Which calendars and stores connect, and is there an API and webhooks? |
| Credit and failure | Your balance funds every client | What happens to clients' calls if my balance runs out, and am I warned? |
How do you test a platform before committing?
- Build one real agent for a business you know, with its real price list and hours.
- Brand it fully. Set the domain, sign-in page and email sender, then sign in as a client would. Look for any trace of the platform's name.
- Make twenty test calls covering prices, a booking, an angry caller, a question that is not in the knowledge base and a request for a person.
- Read the transcripts. Are outcomes recorded? Can you export the log for a client report?
- Run a paid client through checkout on your own payment account, including automatic top-up.
- Ask support a hard question and time the answer. You will be relaying it to your clients.
Which features might your clients not get?
Some platforms keep certain features for the reseller's own workspace. Ask for the list. On ThinnestAI, for example, our Find Leads search is not available in a white-label client's workspace. Knowing this before you sell saves an awkward conversation later.
How ThinnestAI answers the checklist
- Branding: your name, logo, domain, email sender and sign-in page, on every paid plan.
- Payment: clients pay your prices into your own payment account, by card checkout (in India, through your own Indian payment account), and can buy plans and set up automatic top-up.
- Separation: each client has its own workspace.
- Channels: one agent answers phone calls, WhatsApp, website chat and Telegram, with one memory of each customer.
- Numbers: in India you can rent an Indian number or import one; elsewhere, clients import their own Twilio, Telnyx or Plivo number. We do not rent US, UK or UAE numbers.
- Languages: voice agents in 50 languages, written replies in 37. Arabic is voice-only.
- Data: international workspaces are stored in London, India workspaces in Mumbai.
- Outbound: calling hours you set per campaign on the called person's clock, a do-not-contact list, smart retry, voicemail detection and callback scheduling.
- Handover: a shared inbox with human takeover, and transfer to a person on supported numbers (not on imported Twilio numbers).
- Integrations: tool calling into CRMs and APIs, Shopify, Google Calendar through Cal.com, a REST API, signed webhooks and an MCP server.
- Credit: usage is charged to your balance; if it runs out, clients' calls stop until you top up, and you are warned first.
When another platform may suit you better
Be honest with yourself about your clients. If most of them need you to supply US, UK or UAE phone numbers, a platform that rents numbers in those countries saves a setup step. If your team builds call logic visually on a flow canvas, our tabbed settings form will feel different. If you need written Arabic replies on WhatsApp today, we do not offer them yet.
